Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By using the App, you accept these Terms of Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE Roadiary is a diary and management tool for camper owners: trips, expenses, vehicle maintenance and other related features.

3. USER ACCOUNT An account with email and password (or Google/Apple) is required. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You agree to provide truthful information.

4. FREE AND PREMIUM PLANS Free plan with basic features and quantitative limits. Paid Premium plan unlocks additional features. Prices and payment are handled through digital stores (Apple App Store / Google Play Store). Automatic renewal unless cancelled according to the store's rules.

5. USER CONTENT You remain the owner of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store/process/display it in order to provide the service. We do not share it with other users unless a sharing feature is enabled by you.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE Do not upload illegal or offensive content, do not access other people's data without authorisation, and use the App only for its intended purposes.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Estimates (distances, costs) are indicative, based on entered data and external services. We are not liable for data loss due to force majeure, but we provide Premium backup tools. The App is not a substitute for legal, tax, mechanical or road-safety advice.

8. ACCOUNT DELETION The account can be deleted at any time from Settings.

9. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE We reserve the right to modify/suspend/discontinue features, with reasonable notice where possible.

10. GOVERNING LAW Italian law applies. The competent court is that of the controller, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
